About Sticks and Tricks

Sticks and Tricks (Rastrick) was established in 2017 and started the sale of
natural dog treats on Brighouse Open Market in early 2019.
Gemma started the small business in response to her concerns at the volume
of pre-packed manufactured products available, to provide local dog owners
with good quality natural dog treats at great value.
All products are available to buy as individual items, enabling customers to pick
a variety of treats for their dog to fit the needs of the dog at any time,
encourage eating of a wider variety of flavours, and enable dogs to get the
great benefits of natural treats.
We still trade at Brighouse Open Market (Ship Street, Brighouse) but also take
orders for collection, delivery in the Brighouse area and postal further afield.

About Natural Dog Treats

Typically a single ingredient product, 100% from the source animal such as
cow, deer, pig etc.. They are a great source of natural vitamins such as
chondroitin and glucosamine that are essential for joint health, and protein
that is essential for building and maintaining of muscles and provides dogs with
lots of beneficial energy.
Products are normally air dried so retaining the natural ingredients and
flavours making them enticing and tasty for your dog.
Chewing of anything will help the removal of plaque and tartar from a dog’s
teeth acting as a natural toothbrush and promoting gum and teeth health. It’s
also great way for stimulating a dog's brain, keeping them entertained and
providing a safe way to ease stress, boredom or destructive tendencies.
Chewing also releases endorphins that are good for a dog’s mental health.
Most treats are Grain and Gluten Free, have No Added Colouring, have No
Added Salt or Sugars, have No GMO, Dairy or Soya, and are Suitable for dogs
from 8 weeks old. Where this is not the case we will include this in the Product
Details.

Please note: Any natural treat containing bone carries a risk of splintering.
Treats should be given as a such and should be fed responsibly as part of
balanced diet. We recommend that all pets are supervised with any treat and
that fresh drinking water should be available to them.
